Who we are

What we collect

  • Enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation (if you give it), the enquiry type you choose and your message.

  • Map: the contact page shows a map from OpenStreetMap. When it loads, OpenStreetMap receives your IP address and browser details, as with any website you visit. See the OpenStreetMap privacy policy (opens in a new tab).
  • Emails, calls and job applications: whatever you choose to send us, such as a CV.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and running.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie information.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us about our products and services. If your enquiry is about a contract, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • To consider a job application. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in recruiting staff.
  • To protect the website from spam and abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not sell them, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for [RETENTION PERIOD TO BE CONFIRMED BY IDT] after our last contact with you, and then delete them, unless you become a customer or we need to keep them to meet a legal obligation.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us run this website and our email, acting on our instructions:

  • Website hosting and spam protection: [Cloudflare, to be confirmed].
  • Delivery of the enquiry form to our email inbox: [form relay provider, to be confirmed].
  • Our email provider.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
